This Week In Xbox - 11/21
Return to Liberty City
Rockstar has given us a press release announcing the release of the first of two episodes of downloadable content for its game Grand Theft Auto IV. The episode will be titled The Lost and the Damned and will be available for download on Feb. 17th 2009. Rather than continuing with the story of Niko Bellic, they have decided to feature a member of the biker gang The Lost named Johnny Klebitz. No announcements have been made pertaining to the price of the episode.

VERDICT: Great. Now I have to sink more time into this game?
Round 2. Fight!
In order to celebrate the release of Super Street Figher II Turbo HD Remix, Capcom has announced that the "Season of Street Figher" will be coming soon. Among the downloadable content to be released is a new table for Super Street Fighter Pinball, a Street Fighter themed pack for UNO, and a hip-hop albums featuring tracks inspired by the series.

VERDICT: Okay, someone needs to take away Capcom's title-giving priviledges. Super Street Figher II Turbo HD Remix? This is getting out of hand.
Don't. Just...Don't.
Bungie is asking players to refrain from installing Halo 3 to their hard drives, Joystiq reports. Apparently, Halo 3, when installed to the hard drive, runs terribly slowly. Bungie has recognized the problem and says, due to the way that Halo 3 loads its maps to the utility portion of the hard drive, they recommend that players use the game disk rather than installing. They also say they don't expect to fix the problem, saying "The risks of doing that and the resources required has to be carefully considered against what could really be a rather insignificant change to the player experience."
VERDICT: Oh no! I guess now I'll just have to play the game like I've always done.
Banjo-Kaplooie!
Microsoft has announced the delay of the public release of classic N64 platformer Banjo-Kazooie to the Xbox Live Arcade until December 3rd. The company claims that this is due to many players not receiving the codes for a free download upon their preorder of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, and they want to extend the exclusivity to those people another week.

VERDICT: Well, here's to hoping people get what they were promised. In an unrelated note, I apologize for my pun in the title of this section. It just had to be done.
Let's Go Shopping!
With the release of the New Xbox Experience a few days ago, gamers have noticed a slight lacking in the wardrobe department. Xbox Live product unit manager Jerry Johnson told VG247 that Microsoft is "going to be continually releasing and unlocking clothes for the next six months.” Pricing, however, has not been announced

VERDICT: Hmm... What should I wear today?

Am I the only person who realizes GTA4 was a steaming pile of feces? Incredibly boring and repetitive gameplay with incredibly boring and repetitive missions, along with a completely anticlimactic story.

I just don't understand why you can't change clothing colors... (as far as I can tell) Not absolutely necessary, but I definitely expected it Why must the one-color shirt only be blue?
