They should only ban the child account users of Xbox Live from buying it or seeing it and not let the adult users of Xbox Live suffer for their being kids on Xbox Live.

What's funny is they don't allow guns but they allow achivement pictures, that are viewable even if you haven't played the game, like this one from Saints Row: The Third (6th one down):http://live.xbox.com/en-US/Activity/Details?titleId=1414596717

guarf1 brings up a neat option in making weapons adult exclusive (complete with badass poses would be killer) but, otherwise, I don't really have a problem with this; especially since "no weapons" was the rule from the very beginning of the Xbox Avatars program. Other than a few lightsabers, these are really the only weapons available for avatars, and since the animations for these two stink, I'm not gonna miss them much...

When the avatars first came out with NXE, I really didn't like them. When the avatar marketplace let you customize your avatar with guns, weapons, costumes and accessories it was a lot better from the plain looking options given in the beginning. A few of my friends avatars actually look pretty badass. My avatar has the locust head avatar award from Gears 3 and is wearing a pin striped suit. I was thinking of getting a lancer to complete the package. I find it pretty dumb that they have to completely remove something because it's not appropriate for a minority of players. Can't they just make it so you have to be using an adult account to purchase weapons? That is all.
