Capcom's Christian Svensson has announced that his company is working with Microsoft to ban users who have attempted to play Street Fighter x Tekken online using hacked characters from DLC that has yet to be officially released. Svensson says that the plan is to ban both accounts and boxes found to be using the hacked characters online.

Electronic Arts has announced plans to shut down the online multiplayer servers for 11 games on April 13. Among the games to be shut down is EA Sports MMA, one of the first EA games to require used game buyers to pay for online access through the Online Pass system.

Guns, new skill trees, meeting the new four characters you'll be able to play as, and Borderlands 2 even has a confirmed release date — September 18 — along with pre-order details. The final six playable characters in the upcoming multiplayer shooter Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City are revealed. As members of the government-backed Special Ops (ie. the good guys), they'll go toe-to-toe with Umbrella goons, the ever-present undead, and those pesky, giant Tyrant-types. Time to break out those first-aid sprays.

Publisher Sega and developer Platinum Games have announced that upcoming action game Anarchy Reigns will be delayed again, this time to July 3. Prior to this delay, the game was expected to release in January.
