The Double Fine Two-Headed Baby made its videogame debut in 2005's Psychonauts. This is the standard Two-Headed Baby if there ever was a standard Two-Headed Baby, appearing as the developer's logo on their official website.

It may have taken four years for the next version of the Two-Headed Baby, but it was worth the wait. In Brutal Legend, this metal-haired 2HB was accompanied by Jack Black, Ozzy Osbourne, or Lemmy Kilmister, who would shout out the company's name.

For Double Fine's first downloadable game, this festive take on the Two-Headed Baby accompanied Costume Quest. Unfortunately, there wasn't a wintry version for Grubbins on Ice.

Is a Two-Headed Baby in stacking doll form still a Two-Headed Baby? This is the kind of question brought about with 2HB's appearance in Stacking (reviewed here).

Don't rub your eyes; this version of the Two-Headed Baby is meant to be static-y. Iron Brigade's (reviewed here) militarized version of 2HB also came alongside a radio-styled vocalization of the developer name.

While it's not set in stone, the version of the Two-Headed Baby set in wood for Happy Action Time's trailer (previewed here) looks like a return to form. As long as the game keeps the high quality, we'll be happy.
