The original Joe Danger has been impressing PlayStation Network audiences for a year and a half now, bringing intense and stylistic motocross racing to the single platform and earning high review scores across the board (so says Metacritic). Thankfully, Xbox users won't have to wait much longer to introduce themselves to Danger, as the game will be coming to Xbox Live Arcade with additional never-before-seen content this holiday season.

In the introductory blog post for Joe Danger: Special Edition, Hello Games' Grant Duncan detailed the game's new content, saying "Joe Danger Special Edition contains the original Joe Danger plus almost double the gameplay again, including new environments, new levels, and new characters – all created especially for Xbox players!"

Double the content of one of 2010's top downloadable games is a good start. Hopefully, this portends a bright future for Mr. Danger on XBLA, and we'll see Joe Danger: The Movie on our download queues next year. In the meantime, check out screens of Joe Danger Special Edition in the gallery below!
