Enslaved lead joins Brink’s development studio

Enslaved: Odyssey to the West lead programmer Marc Fascia has left Ninja Theory to join Splash Damage as technical director. Splash Damage has plans to begin releasing for platforms beyond the traditional core consoles (like the Xbox 360), a role where Fascia will be instrumental in supporting director of production Griff Jenkins. Fascia will oversee all of the studio's engineering teams and set the overall direction for new technical efforts.
Splash Damage is known primarily for Brink, a stylish first-person shooter released last year. Splash Damage has confirmed that the company is working on several new, unannounced projects. Beyond Splash Damage's stated intention to begin developing for platforms beyond PC and consoles, little is known about exactly what the studio is up to. A long-standing rumor has Splash Damage developing a Marvel game to be published by Disney, but Splash Damage has denied this.
