It's not that rare for a big-budget game to have a special edition that packs on accoutrements (and a higher price tag), but we've never seen one with the amount of developer input as Dead Space 3's Dev Team Edition.
Selling standalone for $100 or with the Dead Space 3 version of your choice (including DLC) for $160, this truly "limited" edition package will only be sold to the first 5,000 customers who order it via EA's online store. Given the high quality of items promised in the package, we can see the allotment being filled rather quick.
