Contest: comment on Halo, win Anniversary or a console! [WINNERS PICKED]

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is out, and in case you haven't heard, it's pretty dang good. Even though millions have already rejoined Master Chief in his very first fight, we realize that a few folks might not have the game yet. Even worse, some folks might not even have an Xbox 360 to play it (gasp!). We're going to help out those unlucky folk (and heck, if you have the game, maybe you can win one for a friend!) with a Halo-themed contest.
We're giving you nine opportunities to enter this contest over three days until 3PM PST on Friday, using this site, as well as our Twitter and Facebook pages, but you can't just copy-paste the same comment every time -- you need to prove you're into Halo. On OXM, you must make a comment on one of the articles in our Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary article archive and include the hashtag #OXMHaloContest at the end of your post. The comment must have something to do with the particular article (it can't be the hashtag alone or a plea to win the contest... which would make commenting in this article a bit tough, but try your best!), and you have to post on a different article in subsequent entries. Over on Twitter, reply to our account and tell us which Halo game is your favorite (as well as second and third favorite for subsequent posts), using the hashtag #OXMHaloContest. On Facebook, reply to this post with your favorite Halo character (again, naming your second and third favorite if you enter on subsequent days). Once again, include the text #OXMHaloContest at the end of your post.
You can enter once per site, per day, so if you have two hashtag-adorned posts on a particular site during the period between 1201AM and 1159PM over the next three days, you'll be disqualified. If you post the same comment twice (or post within the same article on OXM twice with the entry hashtag), the repeat posts will not be considered. We will be picking one random winner from each site who will win copies of Halo Combat Evolved: Anniversary, and one random grand prize winner who will get a limited-edition Halo: Reach console. Winners must be over 17 years of age and must reside within the United States. Entries will be accepted until 3PM PST on Friday, November 18, 2011. Good luck!
[UPDATE] We've picked our winners. As we mentioned before, one copy of Halo Anniversary was bestowed on each site that accepted entries. On OXM Online, the winner was Bionic92. Over on Facebook, the winner was a lad named Richard Cypher. And over in the Twitter-verse, Kami102 snagged a copy. The grand prize winner who snagged a Halo: Reach Limted Edition console was an OXM commenter by the name of KingMii21. Congrats to all the winners! OXM Web Editor Dave Rudden will contact you via email (if you won over OXM) or via the social network you won on. Keep your eyes on OXM -- we'll have another great contest for you soon!

Being able to switch between the two versions of Halo Combat Evolved is really a true plus when you think about where we were, and where we're going! A true reality check! Happy Aniversary Halo!!

Winning the Anniversary Edition would be a great opportunity to finally play the original game. ODST (or Halo 3 if you count the bonus disk) was my introduction to the Halo universe and I've always wanted to check out the first game, which Halo fans still rave about nostagically. Or, better yet, if I win the Halo console, I could surprise my Halo-obssessed friend on his birthday in January. So, thanks for the great prizes! #OXMHaloContest

I love the Halo console. The best of all the special editions.

That Halo Reach console is one of the few special edition consoles I actually liked. It looks neat and has some awesome sound effects! I don't know why those console designers think that making the console look dirty and gritty is somehow appealing... #OXMHaloContest

A friend of mine has that console. One of the best looking ones IMO. #OXMHaloContest

Awesome console, I have the Halo: CE edition original Xbox and the Halo 3 edition Xbox 360, as well as the Halo 3 editon Zune and I think they did Halo: ODST edition controllers I have somewhere around here? Hopefully they'll do a Halo 4 edition to top them all! #OXMHaloContest

This is great, I already own a copy of CE Anniversary, but none of my friends do because they bought other games. I need to do co-op! #OXMHaloContest

I'd love to win a copy of this for my friend Tom, whose only foray into the Haloverse was with Reach. Halo CEA is badass (I got it from Amazon on release day), so good luck to everyone else who entered. #OXMHaloContest
