Atlus has announced that pre-orders of its upcoming Game of Thrones RPG will receive as a bonus the hardcover Game of Thrones: Visuals from the RPG art book. The book will contain 64 pages of sketches, renders, photos, and screenshots from the game along with commentary about its creator from the developers at Cyanide Studios. The art book is 8.5 inches wide and 11 inches tall, printed on premium paper stock. Atlus Vice President of Sales and Marketing Tim Pivnicny says that it's one of the most expensive bonus materials the company has ever offered.
Due to the art book's cost, Atlus says that it will only be available from Amazon (US and Canada), GameStop, EB Games, and the HBO Shop in limited quantities, so probably in line with the numbers of the game's first printing. The bonus is targeted not only at players of the game, but also at fans of the A Song of Ice and Fire book series and The Game of Thrones television series. The Game of Thrones RPG releases on May 15 for Xbox 360.
