Aliens: Colonial Marines collector’s edition details and images leak

Gearbox’s long-delayed Aliens: Colonial Marines just got step closer to actually seeing release. French game site Gamekyo happened to find the first images and details about the collector’s edition for Sega’s upcoming squad-based shooter. In addition to the standard special box and concept art, the limited edition version of the game (pointed out by VG247) will come with a resin statue of a Marine fighting off a xenomorph with a power loader.
Though the collector’s edition has yet to be officially confirmed by Sega or Gearbox, fans of the film franchise should be extremely happy with the contents. In addtion to everything listed above, the edition also comes with a new game mode (USCM Firing Range) and patches you can sew onto your own clothes to show just how hardcore you are for the Corps.
With no official confirmation, there’s also no price, but other special editions featuring similar high-end items have retailed for upwards of $100 or more. Hopefully we won’t have to wait much longer to get the official details from Sega.
